- For above 10 computers = S$280.00each
- For above 20 computers = S$250.00each
- For above 50 computers = S$230.00each

(Minimum down time)
(Inclusive of 2
- 4 hours response time, average maximium 10 hours per month)
- Based on 1 to 3unit of Servers environment = S$3,600.00
Troubleshooting
without Maintenance
Contract for Computer,Server & LAN
1) Support Service for Computer = First hour
S$120, subsequent hours is S$80 per hour
2) Support Service for Server & Lan = First
hour S$240, subsequent hours is S$180 per hour
